EPIC Ireland

Client: ISO Design
Date: Winter/Spring 2016

The EPIC Ireland museum in Dublin is a new attraction celebrating the worldwide impact of the the Irish Diaspora.

When award winning Glasgow design agency ISO Design won the contract to develop the content for the museum they asked us to help create the technical solutions for two particularly challenging interactives.

The interactives in question used a mixture of linked, multi-touch screens and Microsoft Kinect units, as input devices, enabling the users to interact using their whole body as a controller and play a quiz game where questions were answered by moving to particular part of the display space defined by graphics projected directly onto the floor.
